I know that the spiritual awakening process can be much like a shit show or a roller coaster, and we all have ups and downs.

Today, I wanted to share with you some of my favorite mantras and practices for when I need to reset my vibration. When I am feeling particularly off-center or ungrounded, these are things I reach for:

-Be here now.

-All is well, all is well.

-I am safe, I am loved, I am accepted exactly as I am.
