Here are some FAQ's about SpiritFluent.
Please read carefuly as these terms are considered a binding contract between you and Spirit FLuent LLC when you use our website, services, attend classes, make purchases or veiw our social media accounts.
How do I book a session
Book a session under the readings tab. Please understand that there is a high demand for calls at this time. Calls are booked based on a first come first served basis for Energy Readings and Intuitive Business Support. Healing calls are booked based on an application process that evaluates clients based on needs and other parameters. While we try to help as many people as possible, sometimes it is not always possible We are looking for ways to offer future availability that will expand this to more people. DO NOT BOOK A SESSION FOR SOMEONE OTHER THAN YOURSELF UNLESS YOU ARE A PARENT BOOKING FOR A CHILD. DUE TO CONFIDENTIALITY, WE WILL NOT DISCUSS READINGS OR SESSIONS WITH ANYONE OTHER THAN THE SESSION ATTENDEE OR THE LEGAL GUARDIAN. Filing a chargeback goes against our website TOS and we will not be able to continue working with you as a client if you do so, you will be permanently banned from all Spirit Fluent sessions and services, chargebacks are subject to a $75 administration fee.
What is a medical intuitive?

A medical intuitive is someone who is born with (like Stacee) or has developed the ability to tune into your energetic, emotional, and spiritual body. They can sense imbalances in your energy field that may be causing you issues. In this way, they can help you identify what's going on with your body and mind so that you can work with your licensed care provider to address the issue.

The goal of working with a medical intuitive is to locate spiritual and energetic imbalances in the body, mind, and soul that are causing energetic weakness. These locations indicate spiritual or physical imbalances that should always be followed up with your licensed care provider.
​
They do not diagnose, treat or prescribe medications. They are not medical professionals but instead offer insight into what might be happening with your body spiritually so that you can take the next step in getting professional treatment from an MD, therapist, ND (naturopathic doctor), or other medical professionals.

Working with a medical intuitive can be complementary to your current treatment plans but should not replace them. It's always important to consult with your health care provider before stopping any medication or beginning any new treatment program, especially if it involves herbs or supplements.

Before our call, please download Google Meet and make sure you know how to use it. You can learn how to use it here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A2FahEEJ13A If you don't have this in place, it can seriously delay your session. Make sure your speakers and connection are working. Because of my busy schedule, I cannot reschedule calls with connectivity issues or software problems, so please check this before your call.

All call recordings, social media content, videos, classes, graphics, downloads, etc. are copyrighted to Stacee Magee, Spirit Fluent LLC, no public replay, display, or other use of any content, session or class may be publicly displayed, posted online, or used in any capacity, on social media, television, radio, publication, or any other form, or shared without express written consent of Spirit Fluent/GirlGenius LLC. Any unauthorized use, publication, production, public display, and/or other use etc. constitutes a binding agreement to pay minimum fees starting at $100,000 USD per occurrence, per item/video/material/media and/or per use.

If you do not have an adequate internet connection, dropped calls, or user error, we will not be able to reschedule your call so please be in a place that has good connectivity.
​
Be sure that you're in a quiet area. Crowded areas, birthday parties, and airports may not be the best places to make your calls.
​
Unless otherwise approved in advance, please do not invite other people to your call, as it will be recorded, and you can share that with friends and family later. Calls and recordings are not for public or commercial release without the written approval of Spirit Fluent and/or Stacee. Calls are copyrighted and may not be recorded without the express written permission of Spirit Fluent.

Please show up to your call on time! In the event that you do not contact me within 5 minutes of your scheduled start time, I will consider it a no-show. Zoom is available to you from anywhere in the world, so please honor both of us by being on time. No shows are non-refundable All calls are in AZ MST Arizona doesn't celebrate daylight savings please check your times if your area changes!

I would suggest drinking some water before our call because well-hydrated energy helps us read more clearly.
​
Please be aware of the type of call you have booked since energy readings are different from medical readings, etc, so if you booked the wrong call, please let me know as soon as possible if there is a problem. All calls are non-refundable.
​
My services do not include future or fortune telling, psychic or romance readings, job or money readings. Don't ask, because I will have to end the call and it will be non-refundable. I do not read other people's energy without their permission, with the exception of minor children with parental permission.
​
It is possible that your call will trigger you at times or bring up old wounds or traumas. While I am not a doctor or therapist, as a certified life coach with trauma training, I will support you as I can. However, if you feel overwhelmed and must stop reading for any reason, please feel free to let me know.
​
Keep in mind that the advice you receive is not medical, financial, or mental health advice in nature. Talk to a professional or caregiver. My calls are to complement and support the treatments you are already using. Do not stop taking your medications or start taking supplements or medications without consulting your healthcare provider. Local authorities may view this as entertainment only, depending on your local laws.

Cancelation Policies
You are reserving a spot on my calendar, please be sure of the date and time as I do not allow reschedules and payments are non-refundable once made. If for any reason you can not make your time, you may gift your session to a friend by giving me a minimum of 2-hour advance notice of the change. If you do not show to your appointment there will be no refund. No shows are considered calls with no contact 5 minutes after start time. Thank you for honoring my time and yours. ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE NON-Refundable.
If I donate to the app where does the money go?
The funds received go to pay our costs of running spirit fluent, fees, our app developer, and associated costs with creating this app. If the app does not go into development, donations will be used towards growing Spirit Fluent and supporting our endeavors. SPirit FLuent is not a registered non-profit and donations are not tax deductible.
When will the app be done?
We have been quoted 3 months from start to completion. We do not have a start date at this time. However, it is important to keep in mind that this could take more or less time depending on different variables.

Sessions/Event Ticket Policies

ALL SALES ARE FINAL; there are no cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

IF AN EVENT IS CANCELLED, you will be given a full refund minus any delivery charges if the tickets have already been delivered.

IF AN EVENT IS POSTPONED OR RESCHEDULED, and the original tickets are valid for entry at the time of the rescheduled event, your order will not qualify for a refund.

ABOVE FACE VALUE, Ticket prices may be above 'face value' listed on the ticket (they may also be below 'face value').

Confirmed orders may be filled with comparable or upgraded tickets if the original tickets are no longer available.

All orders placed the SITE or with the customer contact center must be confirmed by the respective seller before the buyer guarantee takes effect.

Our buyer guarantee provides for a full refund in the unlikely event that you do not receive valid tickets in time to attend the event.
The following are the rules ('TERMS') that govern use of the SITE by any user of the SITE ('USER'). By using or visiting the SITE, USER expressly agrees to be bound by these TERMS and to follow these TERMS and all applicable laws and regulations governing the SITE. SITE reserves the right to change these TERMS at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the SITE. If USER violates these TERMS SITE may terminate USER'S access to the SITE, bar USER from future use of the SITE, cancel USER'S ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against USER.
All sales are final Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. New tickets generally will not need to be issued; in the rare case that new tickets are needed, USER will be contacted by the TICKET SELLER.
If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, USER will need to contact the TICKET SELLER who fulfills USER's order (hereinafter known as 'FULFILLER') for a refund. The FULFILLER may require USER to return the supplied tickets at USER's expense before receiving any refund USER is entitled to due to cancellation. SITE is not responsible for providing or securing this refund for USER. Any shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original order. Conversion charges, including though not exhaustive of the ones issued by USER's bank, if any, are not covered by SITE or Fulfiller. Neither SITE nor the FULFILLER will issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When USER receives tickets, USER should keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat may damage tickets.
