Scrubbing Time: Healing the Past

I have been around for a long time.

I have seen a lot of things.

And I have had to endure more than my fair share of pain.

And I know you have too.

Have you ever had a fight or flight moment?

Maybe it was when you were in your first car accident and the thought of getting back on the road terrified you. Maybe it was when you lost a loved one, and every time the phone rang, you jumped out of your skin. Maybe it was when someone broke up with you, and every time they called or texted, your heart beat faster and faster until finally it exploded out of your chest.

These kinds of moments can leave us feeling like we have no control over our lives. We feel helpless, powerless to change what has happened to us. And yet… there is power in those moments. The power to heal ourselves by releasing them from our bodies and minds so that we may move forward with our lives as healthy people instead of people who are wounded by their pasts.

That's what this class is about: releasing all those hurtful memories so that they no longer hold power over us—so that we can live our lives without fear or regret or guilt holding us back from what we really want to do in this world.

Scrubbing Time is not about taking a bubble bath—it's about cleansing the past, releasing some of the pain you've been holding onto, and getting ready for what's next in your life. It's about healing fight or flight, which is an intense process that has gone beyond anything I've ever taught before.  I'm talking about the kind of scrubbing that's been going on in with my healings for years—the kind where you're running your hands across the very fabric of time, one could say time travel healing even,  and letting it go.

This will be one of my most intense classes yet… I've never taught anything like this before, but I'm so excited for you to experience it!

But be warned: it will be intense.
